By registering at Instant Ad Power you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Instant Ad Power you may only register for one account. If you fail to ask and get permission, all accounts you created CAN be deleted with loss of any referrals, credits and commissions. No refunds will be issued.

You may not promote Instant Ad Power in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Instant Ad Power in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Instant Ad Power. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Instant Ad Power or its representatives are not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules
Before submitting a URL to Instant Ad Power please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Instant Ad Power account may also be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity.
*No frame-breaking sites.
*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.
*No adult content.
*No sexual content.
*No hate speech or any extremism of any kind.
*No religious propaganda.
*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.
*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.
*No PTP sites.
*List Mailer Plus has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

Email Address Rules
You are responsible for using an email address with good email deliverability. We recommend Gmail. If you signed up with another email, you can easily change it in your account settings. Gmail is FREE and gives the best results. Other email providers give too many bounces or block promotional messages. Instant Ad Power has the right to suspend your account temporary or indefinitely if your email address delivers too many bounces. Account Suspension
If you are suspended, it means you broke the rules that you agreed to follow when joining Instant Ad Power. It's possible that you have promoted illegal material through our member mailer or that you failed to use a valid & working email address. It's your responsibility to ensure you get the emails sent by other Instant Ad Power members and the Instant Ad Power administration. Privacy
Your information is kept safe and will not be shared with others. We respect your privacy.

Communication
You agree to receive emails from Instant Ad Power members (through your email address and/or your on-site in box) and administration. If you make a purchase at Instant Ad Power you also give permission to Instant Ad Power to contact you at the email address you used to make your purchase (Instant Ad Power VIP Customer email newsletter by Aweber) to receive important updates and promotional offers for customers only.

Subscription management
You are responsible for managing your payment subscriptions after paying for a monthly or yearly membership upgrade (subscription) or any other recurring payment to InstantAdPower. You can cancel your future payments at any time by stopping the subscription with your payment processor. Instant Ad Power uses established payment processors to securely handle your payments.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds. All sales of advertising packages and advertising upgrades at Instant Ad Power are final. On all sales pages we clearly explain what you're buying. Not using or partially using what you have purchased does not open the right to a refund. By using our site and making any purchase you agree to this policy.
